These Terms govern access to tollx.top and purchases or other interactions made through Tollx. By using the storefront, you agree to these Terms and applicable law.
Use of the storefront
You agree to use Tollx lawfully and to provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. You must not interfere with site security, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, abuse promotions, or use automated tools to disrupt or improperly extract data from the storefront.
Products, pricing, and availability
We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and promotions accurate, but errors or changes may occur. We may correct an error, update information, limit quantities, or cancel an affected order with notice and refund any payment received for a canceled order.
Orders and checkout
An order is subject to product availability and our acceptance. Payment, order confirmation, tax, and delivery details are handled only through the checkout services shown as enabled on the storefront. If checkout is not enabled, the catalog should not be treated as a promise that payment or fulfillment has been accepted.
Shipping, returns, and customer responsibility
The Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy form part of these Terms. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information, providing an accurate address, inspecting delivered items promptly, and contacting support within the stated time limits for delivery or product issues.
Intellectual property
The storefront content, design, text, images, and Tollx branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the site for personal shopping purposes, but you may not reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and its content are provided on an available basis. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, outages, or supplier disruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and an order are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties should first contact support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in St. Joseph County, Indiana, unless applicable law requires another forum.
